REQUIREMENT
The time is ripe for us to become aware of our role within creation. The Earth has grown into a single village in which humankind has risen to become the most influential force. The current challenges defy all doubt. Only when we understand that we share a home and a future will we be able to meet them and, moreover, act as co-creators of creation. This requires a consciousness that transcends the divisions among people in every respect and instead ascends to the level of unity.

FELICIS is the expression of our desire to serve humanity by using our talents to promote awareness towards unity.
VALUES
FELICIS ' work is primarily guided by a love of life. With humility, we understand ourselves as instruments in the orchestra of life, through which life plays its songs. What is, is. In the deep trust that every effect has a cause, we recognize success and failure as equally valid. In the former, we perceive the confirmation of our work, and in the latter, the need for change.
Closely followed by this all-encompassing love is integrity , which, like a gardener, constantly ensures that we develop according to the principles we consider true and right. That our words align with our actions, and that corrections are made where we stray from the path.
Every person is unique and equal in dignity to their peers. Therefore, we compare ourselves to no one except those we were yesterday. We are not perfect, nor do we aspire to be. Instead, we strive for excellence . We make it our habit to always give the best we can in any given moment, to learn continuously, and to live each moment as pioneers, aware that it is the only one we have.

WHO STNADS BEHIND FELICIS
My name is Felix Zimmermann.
“FELICIS” originates from the Latin root of my name and translates roughly to “the one blessed by fortune.” Beyond the fact that I feel blessed with this name, I deeply believe that this applies to all of us. Perhaps you were blessed by fortune to grow up in a loving family, to walk through life with a special person by your side, or to know individuals who serve as role models for the way you wish to shape your life. Maybe you are blessed to have an inner compass that reliably keeps you on course toward a vision far beyond your own existence. Perhaps all of this applies to you - perhaps not. But one thing we should always be grateful for: WE ARE! From the moment we first saw the light of day, life was given to us unconditionally, without any effort on our part. We are life’s call to itself - unique beings through whom life plays its melodies, melodies whose complexity we are only beginning to grasp. However, the more aware we become of this complexity, the more effectively we are capable of co-creating the world we want to live in.
